If you are unhappy with your order for any reason we will gladly offer a full refund of you purchase price. Shipping charges can not be refunded. If you would like a refund for any reason other than damaged items please email us with in 3 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund of your merchandise purchase price upon recipt of the item(s) return. We will not refund orders that are returned without notification, those orders will be marked refused and returned to the sender. We will offer refunds for any reason, we just want to be informed ahead of time. Damaged items: We self insure all of our shipments. If your order is received damaged in anyway (other than flaws noted in descriptions) please follow these simple instructions to receive reimbursement. Keep merchandise in original box with original packaging, do not discard yet. E-Mail Us at least 1 picture of the damage in or with the original box and packaging. describe the damage in as much detail as possible. If more than one item was ordered but the whole order was not damaged we will refund the price of the damaged items only unless you would like to return undamaged merchandise for a full refund. You will not be required to return damaged merchandise. We will not refund any merchandise without pictures of the damage! Request for refund due to damage must be received within 7 days of recipt of merchandise. |
